Each child has one
Zoe Saldana enjoys complimenting her nannies. Zoe credits them with assisting her in raising her children and allowing her and her Italian artist husband Marco Perego to live happy lives. According to the actress, she hires three household helpers, one for each of her children. The assistance allows her to be away on location while simultaneously assisting mom and dad to deal with the sorrow of being separated from their children.
Hello, Mr. Postman
Nannies, according to Charlize Theron, should not be seen or heard. Nannies are not permitted to look at or speak to Theron due to her strict privacy policy. To communicate about the kids, the nanny must write a note, which Charlize reads in her leisure time. An ex-nanny for Theron claimed she was also required to keep a daily blog with the children. According to the unnamed ex-nanny, Theron's stringent “no-look” and “no-talk” policy is a two-way street; she won't look or speak to them.
