First impressions
Most people who go to the beach do not expect to see any animals. There might be a few seagulls. Perhaps a stingray or jellyfish. People rarely notice anything out of the norm. However, one day, some beachgoers came across an intriguing creature: a newborn elephant. As if having a newborn elephant on the beach wasn't enough, it was spotted with its head buried in the sand, getting a faceful of ocean water. Who knows whether elephants should be drinking seawater, but it's a fairly amusing sight to witness! Fortunately, someone had a camera to record the event.
I apologize, Jon
Garfield, everyone's favorite newspaper comic cat, appears to have made an appearance at a nearby beach. It's unusual for a cat to be at ease around water, but this is an exception. Nobody knows why or how he showed up on the beach, but these absurd phones have been washing up on French beaches for decades. Plastic phones have supposedly been showing up on beaches since the early 1980s! We have to hand it to this hungry cartoon cat – getting to that lasagna is a long haul! And, to his credit, Garfield is almost there. Italy appears to be the next stop on our feline friend's itinerary!
