40 Pounds by Charles Barkley
Now, once you turn 50, things do start to slow down. And losing weight is a part of that. Well, it's debatable. Charles Barkley is a member of our 50+ club. He was starting to feel the middle-age spread. His noticeable weight gain did only one thing (excuse the pun): it made him feel heavier. But Weight Watchers is here to help! Barkley was chosen as a male face for the show, and he started to lose weight right away. Barkley lost a crazy 42 pounds by following the well-known point-based diet. Even though he lost a lot of weight, he made even more money. For the endorsement, he got almost $2 million.
Adam Richman – 70 Pounds
Save the knife for people like Adam Richman who have less willpower. The actor and TV personality from “Man vs. Food” was able to lose a lot of weight without having surgery. Unfortunately, he seems to have picked up quite a bit of extra baggage from being on these shows. After hosting “Man vs. Food,” Richman decided he'd had enough of Philly steaks, ridiculous hotdogs, and big plates of chips and other foods, so he went on a journey to lose weight. Adam lost a huge 70 pounds after he changed his diet and went to the gym regularly.
