Kelly Osbourne is best known for being on her family's reality TV show. Since the show's first season, she has been struggling with her weight. In 2009, when she was on “Dancing With the Stars,” she started doing some healthy things. Her co-worker on the show made her eat healthy and told her that a high-protein, low-carb diet would keep her energised, and that's when she started losing weight.
