The biggest complaint at Will Smith is that he never changes character and always seems like himself on screen. Whether or not that's true, he did portray a fictionalized version of himself on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and he apparently detested his own acting performance. The actor said in an interview with Graham Norton that he “can't bear to watch” the classic sitcom from the '90s because of how poorly he performed in it despite his best efforts. Maybe you don't agree, but we think Will's acting in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was fine, and we love that show.

In a Burlesque performance, Cher was muzzled.

Cher is a legend, so she likely assumed that appearing in Burlesque would boost her career when she agreed to star in it. Regrettably, the film bombed, and she didn't try to hide the fact. To paraphrase one critic: “The movie had so much potential. That it was never a decent film made her sad, she added.
