She's avoided wearing makeup since then, even at the Grammys. “It has nothing to do with cosmetics or not,” she explained. “It has to do with who you are, what makes you happy, how you want to express yourself, and even simply asking yourself, “What do I feel?” How am I feeling? You should do it in any case.” She went on to clarify further on the Today show: “I adore my lip gloss, my blush, and my eyeliner. That is not the case. At the same time, I don't want to feel obligated to do it.”
