Biracial Twins
If you use the internet frequently, you've probably seen the photo of twins Lucy and Maria Aylmer. When people were surprised by their rare genetic characteristics, the two of them made news. The twins were born to multiracial parents, and although one twin adopted one side of their parents' family, the other twin adopted the other. Many people will find it difficult to accept that the two girls are twins born at the same time from the same mother and father.

This woman was born with a condition known as syndactyly, which means her toes are joined together.
