A suspicious type of meat
You may have missed a detail in dialogue as it sounds so casual, but in the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, the trader who tells Will where to find the Black Pearl low-key reveals that he has a very particular taste in meat. He says he saw the Black Pearl on an island where he gets “delicious long pork.” If you weren't aware, “long pork” is an old term for human flesh. Later, we learned that the tribe native to the Isla de Pelegostos is very fond of it.
