Unforgettable Moments
Woodstock was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for both the musicians who performed and the crowd. Jefferson Airplane members are depicted here, with singer Grace Slick in the center, dressed in white. Over the course of three days, 33 performers hit the stage, including several celebrities. Artists from across the state were invited to participate. This inclusion fostered star and musician interaction, even prompting duets and group performances. Peers mingled during the three days, sharing beverages and meals whenever possible, knowing they wouldn't see one other for a long time.
