Practical Matters

Even though it was an amazing miracle that all four embryos continued to grow and the Johnstons are now expecting  amazing four babies, it was still a pretty overwhelming situation for them to find themselves in. So, even though Johnston's husband was also happy to hear that he was finally going to be a dad, he still had a lot of serious, practical worries about the whole thing. Helping Hands

But even though they were worried and a little scared about the whole thing, they knew they could count on a lot of help and support. For instance, the Johnstons and the Knotts were close not just emotionally, but also physically. As the two families only lived seven houses away from each other!
