Valentine's Gift
Even stranger, the whole thing happened on Valentine's Day. Most women probably don't want to spend Valentine's Day watching their husband's sperm be put into their sister's body, but Johnston was not most women. She even found the funny side of this crazy story, which is pretty amazing. She told the Daily Mail that it was all “very romantic” as a joke.
It's Time to Wait
Both the Johnstons and the Knotts were probably pretty worried about what might happen. Now, each sister had two embryos implanted, but they didn't know if any of them would grow into a healthy pregnancy. But since they had already done the insemination, there wasn't much else they could do. They had to do nothing but sit back and try to relax while nature did its thing. But they didn't know what was going to happen.
