Making All Efforts
A job was given to every member of the staff to make sure everything got done. The Anglin brothers, John and Clarence, were tasked with creating the fake heads that would serve as distractions for the guards as they conducted their nightly headcount. The Anglin brothers used human hair, soap, toothpaste, and toilet paper to create the masks (from the Alcatraz barbershop). However rudimentary, they served their purpose. Frank Morris immediately got to work on an apparatus to inflate the raft they planned on using.
