“Auger Drill Through Skull”
The stories of medical survival are stranger than fiction, but the construction worker Ron Hunt's is unbelievable. After falling off his ladder, Ron landed face-first on an 18-inch long, 1.5-inch diameter drill. Amazingly, the drill bit didn't pierce through his brain but pushed it aside. It went through his eye and out of the back of his skull. The doctors could not save his eye, but Ron lives to tell his tale. It is indeed an incredible story of survival!
“Santa's Devilish Friend Krampus”
One of the most loved fictional characters is Santa Claus. But you may have never heard of Santa's friend, Krampus. The legend comes from pre-Christian folklore of Alpine states. Many people celebrate him. According to legend, Krampus is a hairy black-figured dressed in black with long horns and a tongue. The night before Christmas, he lurks on the street for naughty kids. Instead of giving presents like Santa, Krampus punishes kids for misbehaving and takes them into his basket.
