Censorship has never harmed anyone
It's one thing to delete inappropriate content or photographs that violate someone's policy, but should you delete it everywhere if you're going to erase it on one source? When a magazine or newspaper publishes material that violates censorship guidelines, it is usually removed. It is typical in Singapore to include information about where the deleted material can be found. We're not sure what the point is.
Leave the coolness for the daytime
In Singapore, being cool is only possible during the day. It's not a suggestion, it's not a proposal, it's the law. In Singapore, wearing sunglasses during the day is prohibited. Why? We don't know. We initially assumed it was for security concerns, wanting people's faces to be plain and visible, which we understand. But as we investigated deeper, we discovered that the regulation had nothing to do with security. It's because you're not supposed to act cool. Late at night. Singapore is a city-state. Why? We don't know.
