Making Plans For The Big Day
Kiarna's due date was approaching, and her life looked nothing like it had only a few months earlier when she was living on the streets. She had a house, clothes, a driver's license, and new braces. But there was one more surprise in store for her: Tommy had purchased a kitten! It was something she had always wanted to have. The big day was approaching, and Kiarna and Tommy were as prepared as they could be. But they had no idea how much they would fall in love with the baby boy right away.
It's Time
Kiarna's baby was born about two months after Tommy was appointed as her legal guardian. On March 16th, Kiarna gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy. While Tommy sat in the hospital waiting area for the birth, he made good use of his time by working on a college paper. Tommy documented the birth, cut the umbilical chord, and returned to class the next day to give a presentation. Kiarna called her son Kayden, and Tommy, at the age of 23, became the world's youngest grandfather – at least legally.
