Her Life Story
Tommy stated that her narrative deeply disturbed him. “I felt compelled to do whatever it took to assist her.” Because her life has been so stressful, whatever issues I've ever had seem insignificant. My attention was immediately drawn to her.” What Tommy expected to be a happy reunion turned out to be the polar opposite. “I went to pick her up, and she basically started telling me about her predicament, which was difficult for me to hear because she was my favorite little cousin growing up.”
